HUST as No. 1 in Vietnam for 3 Subjects

HUST has been ranked by Quacquarelli Symonds World University Rankings 2021 in 4 Subjects this year, 3 of which are No.1 in Vietnam for a third consecutive year. In particular, Engineering - Electrical & Electronic and Engineering – Mechanical are both ranked #401-450; and Computer Science and Information System is in the rank of 551-600.

The University also received #451-500 ranking for Mathematics. The subject has steadily improved its quality, securing the global and domestic positions from 2020.

Quacquarelli Symonds’ annual subject rankings are designed to help prospective students identify the leading schools in their field of interest. Rankings are based on research productivity and quality, academic and employer reputation, student/faculty ratio along with ratios of international faculty and students. This year's rankings analyzed nearly 14,000 individual university programs from 1,440 universities across 85 locations around the world.
