HUST ranked 801-1000 in Times Higher Education World University Ranking 2020

On 11/9/2019, Times Higher Education (THE) has published the rankings of the world's best universities THE WUR (Times Higher Education World University Ranking). According to that, Hanoi University of Science and Technology (HUST) ranks in the top 801-1000

The Times Higher Education World University Rankings 2020 includes almost 1,400 universities across 92 countries, standing as the largest and most diverse university rankings ever to date. The table is based on 13 carefully calibrated performance indicators that measure an institution’s performance across teaching, research, knowledge transfer and international outlook.

HUST is the leading technical university in Vietnam. The brand name HUST (or BACH KHOA in Vietnamese) has very high reputation in Vietnam, which indicates highest quality standard and great social contribution.  HUST has the best academic staffs (with almost 70% PhD holders) and recruits the best students in science and engineering. Most of HUST academic staffs have graduated or doctorated oversea, they are now very active in research collaborations with international partners. HUST has also created favourable policies, excellent environment and supports for our academic staffs to freely developing ideas and effectively conducting research, especially the young talented lecturers.
